Ingredients
2 packages lean ground beef, browned and drained
1 small onion, chopped
To taste garlic powder, garlic
To taste salt and Pepper
1tsp cumin
2 cans Ro-tel green chile diced tomatoes
4 containers Chicken Broth (32 oz. size)
4 cans chopped green chiles (pref. Hatch brand)
6 potatoes, cubed with skin
To taste flour for thickening, around 4Tbsp
Recipe can be halved for two people
Add all the ingredients to a large bot. Bring to a boil. Simmer until the
potatoes are soft. Serve with heated, buttered flour tortillas.
Additional spicing is permissible based on the tolerances of the diners.
